BC Place Stadium February 17th - 18th

Skydive Vancouver attended this years Outdoor Adventure Show at BC Place Stadium February 17th - 18th. We had allot of fantastic comments on the booth display and the branding of our new skydive logo. We would like to take this opportunity to thank all who attended and helped organize this event with special thanks to Clint Carroll, Brianne Thorpe and Warren Harper for all there wonderful help.

The Abbotsford Skydive Team attended this years Parachute Industry Association in Reno February 5th - 9th. We completed recurrence training, seminars, rigging and parachuting courses.

The PIA Symposium is a great opportunity for C.A.P.S. members and skydivers to receive advanced training and information on all the latest technologies, training courses and advancements made in the Skydiving Industry. Rusty Wilson gives thumbs-up to his latest jump out of an airplane.More than 50 years have passed since 79-year-old Rusty Wilson last leapt from an airplane.That was over Korea with the 101st Airborne. Yesterday, the First Nations war vet said he felt "a familiar thrill" as he made a tandem skydiving jump 3,000 meters above Abbotsford.
